We proudly stand by our products: if anything arrives with a defect, damage, or sizing issue, we’ll make it right with a free reprint or full refund, guaranteed.
Please contact us right away with a description and photo of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
📦 Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition (tags and packaging included). To get started, just contact us at support@tailgang.store.

Returns must be approved before being sent - items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size or style? The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order. Once your return is accepted, you can reorder the item you want.
🇪🇺 EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with packaging and tags. Proof of purchase is required.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take a few additional days to process and post the refund.
